Doggy Daycare

Is your dog bored, lonely or restless during the day while you're at work?
Have you ever come home to something that looks like this?

How can you get mad at a face like this? Then doggy daycare might be just what you need.  We offer Day care Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and accept all ages and sizes Your dog isn't the only one who will benefit from a fun filled day of play with friends at Noah's Bark.  You get the peace of mind that when you come home your house will be intact and your belongs will be in one piece.  You can spend your time away from home without the guilt that comes with leaving your furry family member home alone.  You can be confident that your dog is with people that are as concerned for his or her health and safety as you are.

Some of the many reasons to choose to enroll your pooch in doggy daycare are:

EXERCISE (AND THE BAD BEHAVIOR THAT COMES WITHOUT ENOUGH):
Long periods of confinement and separation can cause a host of unwanted behaviors that even an experienced owners will become overwhelmed with.  According to the Humane Society of the United States, fifty-four percent of the dogs surrendered were six months to three years old, the prime age for doggy daycare, and of those surrendered the most common reasons where barking (41 percent), chewing (24 percent) and too much energy (45 percent).  Without a sufficient release for their energy through vigorous exercise, most dogs will look to another outlet for this energy, whether it is your couch, or your backyard.  Our younger dogs play tirelessly for hours and hours while our older pooches and those with a little less energy will have just as much fun hanging out in the Canine Lounge or relaxing on the Party Deck while watching everyone play.

SOCIALIZATION:
Everyone Needs to Learn to ShareDogs are social animals who thrive on interaction and companionship with other animals as well as with people.  In fact, socialization is just like a muscle, and if you don't exercise it, it will start to disappear. Most dogs would prefer to be around other dogs instead of being home alone all day.  Even the shyest of dogs can learn social skills and make new friends at doggy day care!  And face it, a tired dog is a well behaved dog. After a busy morning everyone will spend an hour or so relaxing so come early afternoon they are ready to hit it hard and drain all the energy they have left so they come home hungry, tired and ready for a good night’s sleep.
Puppies and dogs who live with just people will learn valuable dog "communication" that can't be taught by a humans

IT'S FUN:
Our pups show up each day with a spring in their step and a wag in their tail.  They are eager to get some quality play time with their friends have a chance to run and jump all day long.

IT'S SAFE:
We offer a safe environment at Noah's Bark, with constant supervision throughout the day for all our pups.  We limit our daily group size to ensure that each dog gets an appropriate amount of 1-on-1 attention and to ensure that we have an acceptable ratio of people to pups.
